Exceed Running

Professional running, nutrition, and strength coaching by certified and experienced coaches to help YOU exceed- in running and beyond

DEFINITION

To be greater or more than (something), to be better than (something), to go beyond the limit of (something)

To exceed in running and exceed running.

You are simultaneously a runner and more than a runner. Our mission is to exceed running, achieving excellence in both the act of running itself and in the broader context of our lives. We both have learned and understood that while solely focusing on running can bring great successes and accomplishments, to truly reach our highest potential, running couldn't be our sole focus. We want to bring this balanced mindset to our athletes and clients by helping them achieve athletic endeavors in a way that is conducive to their lives.  We see ourselves as runners who strive for greatness, yet recognize running is only a part of our identity and our priorities. Our commitment is to push your limits of athletic performance but also in a capacity to better yourself and make a meaningful difference in your lives and the world around you.

Coaches Jordan Gusman and Alexa Efraimson are the founders of Exceed Running. Providing world-class and proven training philosophies, Jordan and Alexa value their athletes beyond their athletic performances and identities and fully acknowledge and understand that their identities outside of running has made them better athletes.

Our holistic approach to athletic coaching, nutrition, and strength training is what made us great athletes when we competed and will help you become the best athlete and person you can be.

Matthew Xuereb, Malta

"I have been under Jordan's mentorship for the past four and a half years. His approach has helped me improve my performances considerably across all the distances attempted. Apart from having fun, I managed to learn so much about myself in the process and this has indeed changed my perspective on running in general."
